Primary Bathroom Remodel
in Arvada

FEATURED portfolio gallery

Our client purchased a 90's era home with an octagon-shaped primary bathroom, so when they came to us to help them remodel, there were some significant architectural challenges we had to overcome in order to give them the functionality they wanted. We moved all of the existing plumbing, as the shower was initially tucked in a small area behind the entry door to the bathroom.

The octagon shape made it impossible to move the shower into the main bathroom space, so we flattened two of the walls to create 90-degree corners, designed a completely custom shower to be the new focal point of that wall, and added two vanities on either side of the custom shower.

The original bathtub was a built-in, with a surround that took up about 40% of the surface area of the room. We replaced it with a freestanding solid surface tub, and a floor-mounted polished nickel tub filler.
