FINANCIAL DATA

Our current payment processors are Stripe (via Design Files, which is our client relationship management tool), and occasionally Quickbooks. SOCIAL NETWORKING DATA
We may access Personal Information from social networking sites and apps, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social networking sites or apps not named specifically here, which may include your name, social network username, location, email address, age, gender, profile picture, and any other public information. If you do not want us to have access to this information, please go to the specific social networking site and change your privacy settings.
CLIENT PROFILE AND TRANSACTION HISTORY DATA
If you hire us and enter into an Interior Design Services Agreement with us, we use Design Files to send you product recommendations and to obtain your approval to purchase certain products for your project. Design Files stores your notes on various products, your preferences, your likes and dislikes, project scope and costs, before and after project pictures of your home, purchase history, information about your family such as how many kids you have, pets, birthdays, and similar information that allows us to provide you with highly customized, boutique services and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the information we collect to communicate with you, to enter into a contract with you and fulfill our obligations under that contract, to keep records of our communications and transactions, for our marketing and promotional efforts, to improve our content and service offerings, to customize the content and layout of our website, to provide information regarding additional events, products and/or services we believe would of interest to you, and as required to comply with our legal obligations. By requesting a phone consultation with us, signing up for our newsletter, or requesting more information about our business from us, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. You may opt out of these messages at any time. By opting out of any such messages, you may still receive messages regarding any ongoing projects or future purchases, projects, and transactions. We may use information in your customer file to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING

For example, when Design Files takes your payment information via Stripe, they are a third-party processor. They process your payment and remit the funds to us. We do not authorize them to use or disclose your Personal Information except in connection with providing our company with their services.
