01. HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

Currently, our Full-Service Design Package begins with a flat fee based on the square footage of the project. The fee covers the design work all the way through the design presentation. When we move into procurement and project management, we charge hourly. 

Designer by Your Side and Consultations are a flat fee. 


02. HOW DO YOU PRICE FURNISHINGS?

We operate similar to a retail showroom. Our studio maintains trade relationships with a curated network of vendors nurtured though years of professional collaboration and consistent volume. We purchase at trade pricing and resell at our established resale price, which reflects the expertise, vendor relationships, and full-service management required to execute a seamless project experience. 

All items are purchased and resold through our firm to ensure:

03. WILL I BE WORKING WITH KIM DIRECTLY OR ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE TEAM?

Kim is the designer for every single project we take on. While other members of the team will play certain roles throughout the process, Kim is the primary contact and lead designer for every project.


04. I DON'T NEED ANY CONSTRUCTION, BUT I DO WANT NEW FURNITURE. CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

Of course! Our design process is the same, whether you need construction or not. For projects that are furnishing only, the timeline for completion is typically more condensed.
