01. HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

Currently, our Full-Service Design Package begins with a flat fee based on the square footage of the project. The fee covers the design work all the way through the design presentation. When we move into procurement and project management, we charge hourly. 

Designer by Your Side and Consultations are a flat fee. 


02. DO YOU SHARE YOUR TRADE DISCOUNTS?

We don’t pass along our trade discounts directly, as they are a key part of how we structure our business. The discounts we receive are the result of years of cultivating trusted relationships with select vendors, along with the time and financial investment it takes to maintain those partnerships. This is part of the value we bring to our clients—leveraging our expertise, resources, and network to create a seamless design experience. Our business model is built around these trade advantages, which allow us to manage the entire process on your behalf and deliver a finished result that feels cohesive, intentional, and tailored to you.


03. WILL I BE WORKING WITH KIM DIRECTLY OR ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE TEAM?

Kim is the designer for every single project we take on. While other members of the team will play certain roles throughout the process, Kim is the primary contact and lead designer for every project.


04. I DON'T NEED ANY CONSTRUCTION, BUT I DO WANT NEW FURNITURE. CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

Of course! Our design process is the same, whether you need construction or not. For projects that are furnishing only, the timeline for completion is typically more condensed.
