01. HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

Currently, our Full-Service Design Package begins with a flat fee based on the square footage of the project. The fee covers the design work all the way through the design presentation. When we move into procurement and project management, we charge hourly. 

Designer by Your Side and Consultations are a flat fee. 


02. DO YOU SHARE YOUR TRADE DISCOUNTS?

Our studio maintains trade relationships with a curated network of vendors. Trade pricing varies by partner and product and is the result of years of professional collaboration, consistent volume, and trusted relationships.

All furnishings, materials, and goods procured through our firm are priced using a uniform markup over our net cost, regardless of source. This markup supports the infrastructure, expertise, and hands-on project management required to deliver a seamless, high-touch design experience.

In some cases, our pricing reflects a savings off MSRP; in others, it may align with or exceed retail pricing. What remains consistent is our transparent approach and our commitment to sourcing exceptional pieces that serve the design, longevity, and integrity of your home.


03. WILL I BE WORKING WITH KIM DIRECTLY OR ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE TEAM?

Kim is the designer for every single project we take on. While other members of the team will play certain roles throughout the process, Kim is the primary contact and lead designer for every project.


04. I DON'T NEED ANY CONSTRUCTION, BUT I DO WANT NEW FURNITURE. CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

Of course! Our design process is the same, whether you need construction or not. For projects that are furnishing only, the timeline for completion is typically more condensed.
