Located in The Ranch neighborhood of Westminster, Colorado, this once cookie-cutter suburban home was thoughtfully transformed into a moody Midcentury Modern retreat layered with bold color, graphic pattern, and architectural depth. Our clients came to us with a clear goal: they wanted a home that felt expressive and design-forward, while still feeling timeless and livable.

The scope of work included a full powder room gut and redesign, where rich finishes and daring choices set the tone for the rest of the home. We refinished the main staircase and introduced a custom runner to add warmth and visual continuity, while picture-frame molding was added to the vaulted living room to bring structure, scale, and architectural interest to the space. 

To complete the transformation, we sourced and installed all new furnishings, carefully balancing sculptural forms with comfort and functionality. Each piece was selected to support the overall vision, creating a cohesive interior that feels intentional from room to room. The result is a highly personalized home that reflects our clients’ bold point of view.
